While on a business trip to the Chicago area my Suburban developed a noise in the left front wheel I realized the noise was a bad wheel bearing. I drove to Acorn and asked if they could help me, they said that they could get it fixed tomorrow. I informed him that we live 6 hours away and it was 11 AM already. He told me that he will be able to fix it today. by 3 PM we were back on the road.

Oil change took 1 hr 15 min. Longest I've ever had to wait for an oil change. Staff had my car waiting without letting me know it was ready for a good 20 min. Instead of apologizing or giving me a discount they told me the vehicle was just finished with very poor service. Will not go back.

Acorn Tire & Service provides good service, and work on your vehicle. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have been going here for several years. Typically, they are cost effective, except my last visit the Emission Control light was on and they charged me $99 for a diagnostic test. I am not sure if that charge was truly warranted, and I think it should have been made better explained that they needed to charge the $99. The light went off two days later, so I feel like I should not have paid for the $99.
