Excellent professional work but the $95 diagnostic fee on top of the flat rate was an unhappy surprise. Being a mechanic myself, I realize that diagnosis takes time and time is money but how about we charge for the actual diagnostic time it takes WHEN we also do the work?

The owner Chase is awesome. I had a dealership quote me astronomical price to fix my vehicle and personally I felt like they were just trying to get money out of me. Chase went and found it was something completely different than what the other place thought it was. I appreciate his hard work and dedication.
