The place is not fancy, And is kind of cluttered, And the parking lot is full of cars and very small space, However, They make those up with professional service, Good work with minimal amount of time, And fairly good price, Which they let you know ahead of time, Without expensive diagnostic fees; They have comfortable leather chairs for you to wait, And get you out very quickly, And perform a great, quality work.

I called to set up an appointment to take my car in for them to look at something that Classic BMW quoted over $800 to fix. I told the woman who answered the phone, Esther, what it was, and she said they'd have to look at it but based on what I told her, it would be $300-$400. She told me that I could drop it off when they opened the following day (Thursday), and they would take a look at it and get back to me the same day. By the next afternoon (Friday), I still hadn't heard, so I called and had to leave a voicemail. I tried again later that day as I didn't want to be without my car over the weekend. I didn't hear back, so I called Monday on three different occasions and still got voicemail and no callback. Tuesday still nothing. Finally, on Wednesday, I was able to get a hold of Esther after calling from a different phone number, and she said they were finishing the diagnostic and waiting to find out if the part was available, and she would call me back. I told her that if it wasn't going to be done on Thursday, I was coming to pick it up. Miraculously, they got the part, and it was done Thursday afternoon. When I picked it up, she made no comment or apology for it taking so long. When I got in my car, the floor mats were muddy, and my gas tank was empty. It read 8 miles to empty! I dropped it off with nearly half a tank. And it cost just as much as the dealership was going to charge! So, a week without my car, an empty tank of gas, and I didn't even save anything!
I would suggest looking into another shop. I certainly won't be back.
