Great service department. Courteous and efficient staff. Waiting area is clean and comfortable with a TV to watch or a movable table for working while you wait. Appointments never take long and you review the work being done before you leave. Great job Acadiana Mazda, I'll be back.

I brought my car in for an oil and filter change.They provide coffee, water, and a TV while you wait. Service was quick, friendly and professional. I received a video from the service technician afterwards showing services & inspections completed and other recommendations. The cost was about average.

This service center did an excellent job replacing front brake shoes, air filter, and replacing tires. My Mazda is the best car I've ever owned and the service center is efficient and maintains high quality of service. When I owned a Honda, their service center had the opposite effect. While everyone says Honda's are the most reliable cars, I have to say my Mazda surpassed my Honda in every way including great dealer service.

My experience at Acadiana Mazda is always pleasant. I really like how they have a detailed video with photos of your car regarding the multi-point inspection. They explain verbally their findings.
