Carlos was very nice and gave us a lot of support. However, we had to bring our car back twice because they kept messing up. The second time we brought it back, they had to redo the entire job we brought it in for in the first place and then tried to charge us $600 more. Thank god my husband knew it was under the warranty! Overall an awful experience.

My car door panel was damaged during service. It's been months later and now I am on my 4th door panel THAT IS ALSO DAMAGED. EVERY SINGLE DOOR PANEL THEY REPLACE, THEY DAMAGE DURING INSTALLATION. I will never return to this horrible dealership/service department ever again.

Extremely poor. Nearly 3 months wait time. Service department and the body shop department had no communication and allowed the vehicle to sit unattended and lost in the order of repairs. Was not worked on unless I showed up to ask about the repairs or insurance calling to get status updates. Several repair items were also missed and or unaccounted for

Dealer repair report claims customer left something on This statement is incorrect. After being extremely careful (making certain nothing is left on) its either a no start or sounds weak when attempting to start. I have to b a trapeze artist or pole vaulter to get inside as running board does not work anymore. Im so very disappointed. My work schedule does not allow for such inefficiency.
