What can I say, their customer service rep and their technicians are amazing. Even though the problem on my vehicle was beyond their reach, they did an amazing job in trying to fix the issue. Unfortunately it couldn't be done and the amazing thing is that after all that work they helped me financially and towed my truck back to my home at no charge. I'm very grateful to Aaron Ford's staff, thank you guys!

Service was fine for my visit on 3/10. However, for my visit on 1/12/26, it was also brought in for a recall (both visits) and I was advised that parts were needed and I believe they said it could take 6 to 8 weeks. Here we are at about 10 weeks and still nothing.

I called and made an appointment for the next day for oil change and tire rotation, drove it in the next morning and dropped it off, was ready by shortly after noon. I was disappointed that the car was not washed as it had been in the past. Overall, good service!

I dropped my car off the night before for a 7:00am appointment. At 3:30 I called to find out when oil change would be completed. Someone did not check "the box" for my keys and nothing had been done, the service agent assumed I did not bring in my car. Long story short, they completed the oil change but could not rotate my tires due to the lug nuts being swollen, which doesn't make sense to me.

The mechanics were excellent and the service manager went above and over the normal service levels when I left my car there. The service advisor was a complete novice and unreliable but just ask to speak to the shop foreman or service manager. They know their job.

Customer service was extremely disappointing. No communication. My truck sat for 4 days. The service was finished and they said that they would call me back and they never did. I called for 4 days in a roll and no response. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Yes, I had to purchase an extra Key Fab for my 2024 Ford F-150 I bought from Aaron of Norco. Rick Livingston helped me with ordering the Key Fab and Jazmine in service helped me in scheduling a time to program the Fab. Everybody at Aaron Ford was very pleasant. They got me in and out very quick. Thank you Rick and Jazmine!!!

I was disappointed as the main reason for choosing this location was to have a recall item fixed. They did not notify me when I was making the appointment. I stated at that time I was glad to get my service done there as no other locations had the recall part available. I feel like this was a bait and switch just to get me in to do some routine maintenance. Not a good first impression!

Aaron Ford's service staff is always friendly, professional, and ready to help. I recently had an unexpected issue with my wheel lugs, and they were able to resolve it quickly and without any hassle. Every time I bring my truck in for service, I feel like they truly put my needs first. Great staff, great service I wouldn't take my Ford anywhere else.

Their service advisers are terrible now. There was a guy named Geoff that was fantastic, apparently he is on the fleet service side now and the rest of the team i feel are incompetent. Their mechanics seem to be able to get the job seeing as they have the correct info from the adviser.

The only thing I did like was the fast service but until I heard this very annoying shreaking noice from the engine, I would have preferred slow and fix what you know needs fixing, but apparently he problem waas not fix, and is now back at Aaron Ford to be fixed.

I'm disappointed with the lack of communication. I didn't receive any update about my vehicle being delayed until the following day. I tried calling twice for a status update and was transferred to the person handling my case, but he never answered. Additionally, I inquired about a warranty-related issue and never received any follow-up. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and follow-through was frustrating.
