I'm disappointed with the lack of communication. I didn't receive any update about my vehicle being delayed until the following day. I tried calling twice for a status update and was transferred to the person handling my case, but he never answered. Additionally, I inquired about a warranty-related issue and never received any follow-up. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and follow-through was frustrating.

I brought the vehicle in to have 3 things checked for service. 1 was the blower in the heated/cooled seats. I already knew it was bad and told them that. Yet I was charged a $250 diag fee. Same with a cruise control sensor. Another $250. Lastly, Another $250 to check the brakes. Maybe that one fits. No way the other 2 should be charged like that.

Typical 20k check up went well. Enjoy the team at Aaron Ford. It's new to me so have only been there twice. I find their drop off greeting lacking. I never know where to go, there no one to guide you or signs to tell you. Each agent has a separate door so never know which door to go through. They do take a long time as well. An oil change and check up has been 2.5 hours or more

A 75,000 mile service was completed on my truck. I dropped off my truck in the morning and was planning on picking it back up in the later afternoon. I hadn't received a call to pick it up by 4:00 pm. I called several times unsuccessfully to find out when I could pick it up. Didn't receive a call until the next day. This has been an ongoing pattern with Aaron Ford since they acquired the dealership.

When I bought my truck from a different dealer they had not done a pre delivery inspection but I didn't know it for a month or so. I bought my F150 Lightning in to Aaron Ford in lake Elsinore and dealt with Daniel. service and communication was good, would had like to had given a five Star, but noticed that my car windshield wiper fluid level message light was still on, they never added fluid after i paid for my wipers to be replaced, would had been nice to had received a free car wash as a courtesy for the amount of money I spent for the service.

They should had advised I had a faulty tire pressure sensor when they rotated the tires. I knew it was there and would had thought they too would had brought it to my attention so it could be fixed. They didn't so I took it somewhere else to be fixed.

Can not give 5 stars because the last time they serviced my raptor they failed to rotate my spare. Now its not advisable to rotate it in because it will cause the vehicle to pull. This is the information I received from their tech.
