Had my truck for almost a full month to get a lifter fixed. Charged extra for a tool that they didn't have in the shop and had to call a "specialist" out. After getting my truck back, I had to return because they did not fully secure all of the spark plugs causing the engine to stutter.

Mark at service is excellent. However, you should not buy at this dealership as the sales team is a typical fraudulent bunch. The finance team is negligent and incompetent. We have had issues ever since we bought the car a year ago. We purchased a warranty that is no good and many more issues we've faced with the car itself. It's been to the shop more than I can count. Be aware!

This dealership has great customer service. It is so nice to call and actually speak to a human being and that the person is friendly and pleasant while on the phone talking with you. I can go down the street to a dealership that is close to home but I prefer to make the drive to this dealership. I feel comfortable and confident having my car serviced at this dealership.

They had scheduling issues with there new system. They did not provide a multi inspection report, I had to ask for it. They also do not wash your car after every oil change and failed to provide my AAA discount.
