After the sale I felt neglected when I had concerns. Suddenly my texts to my salesman got ignored but during the buying process responses to my text was almost immediate . Granted I know he has other customers to deal with and transactions going on but it's been a month and he never replied to my texts so I gave up on that.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is horrible. The customer service is nonexistent. And I can see why they dont care for customer service because the GM/owner is just as bad. I certainly would not buy another car from here OR recommend it. They only care to get your money after that, youll never speak to the correct person again.

Crumbs and trash under seats, sticky residue in cup holders, dirty air filter, cabin air filter, oil, oil filter, permanent engine code not disclosed, nonfunctional door lock actuator not disclosed, front-end/underbody damage not disclosed.

They didn't even service it, just recorded that they did. There is a big leak in the transmission, another oil leak, the upper and lower control arms need replaced, and the brakes are bad. They didn't stand by their word to do the work. Nothing got fixed, oil not even changed.

The service at Marietta Luxury Motors was non-existent. I dropped my car off for service on 12/7/21 and never received an update on the progress of fixing the electrical issue. Three months without the car, I decided to take a loss and return it. This is the worst dealership ever. The staff is horrible!!!!! The dealership as a whole should be investigated.

The treatment I got failed the reputation of this dealership. The car I tried to buy had not received the work that they claimed it had and the brakes started smoking 4 miles away from the dealership. When caught in the lie, there was no admission of guilt or even an attempt to find the actual service report for the car. I unwound the deal and am genuinely scared to go to any dealership because of how bad this experience was.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had when trying to shop for a vehicle. First, they advertise all these vehicles, none of which are on site. When you inquire they tell you they are already SOLD (then why are they on car buying services?). Then they inundate your email and phone with texts and calls. If your time is not valuable - reach out to ALM.

Mixed car/truck inventory. They have plus fee pricing to raise the purchase price and called it the money they need to pay the mechanics. Did not know anything abut the vehicle I was purchasing. I considered their pricing was too high in comparison to similar vehicles I was looking at.

I contacted the dealer twice, once through carfax and then a response. I was contacted by two different persons. My simple question was "what is the drive-out price ?". Never received an answer on the price, only "come test drive" and since the dealer is a long way from my location I did not want to waste my time. I suspect the dealer is "low-balling" to get a favorable place on Carfax listings.

I sent an email through their online site. I immediately got an email spam reply with we will get to you soon. Two more spams and two days later someone text me. All I asked was the price of a car. It took 4 hours for her then she called with a high price! It was an older car to. Two days is not speedy service. And the car was not even worth buying. Didn't purchase the car as it was way above market value.

experience I had at this dealership was very disappointing. The salesperson I worked with came across as snobby and even colorist in the way he spoke to me. He made comments implying that I was "hood," and his tone felt like he was on a power trip simply because I am a young Black woman. The way he talked to me was extremely unprofessional and condescending, almost like I was a child. On top of that, when I tried to negotiate, he priced the car unrealisticallyas if it had just rolled off the lot with 1 mile on it, when in reality it was not brand new. I ended up moving forward with the purchase only because I really needed a car and I am fortunate enough to make it work, but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this dealership. What made it worse was that other staff saw how he was treating me and no one stepped in or said anything. Respect and fairness should be the standard, and unfortunately, that's not what I experienced here.

We do offer 100% of our customers Paint and Fabric Protection, Motor Trend Certification and Window Tint. The only that can not be removed is the window tint obviously but we offer every customer those items and it is always the decision of the consumer to purchase or not.
