Nothing to tell. I never spoke to anyone but the salesman that took my key. And that was to say hello. Car was done, no one told me. Pretty sure no one knew I was there for the service. Had I not found someone and asked about my car I'd still be sitting in their waiting area.

They were the worse car lot that I have ever been to. Tried to pay for the truck cash but they needed to run my credit to see if my credit score was high enough to take my money. If you find a vehicle at any of these locations you need to RUN really Fast and keep it moving. Just do not deal with them and find a new car lot and you will be Happy.

They did not repair everything that I was told they would. Even with my doors it was an incomplete job. Then they talked to me as if I didn't know what I was talking about and refused to do anything more to my vehicle. Ended up having to take it somewhere else. Got tired of driving back and forth to them. I will never deal with them again ever if I can help it. Buying a car, for service, etc.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I found a car I truly liked, and the listed price seemed fair. But when it came time to sign, they added over $7,000 in extra charges including excessive dealer fees, unwanted add-ons, and surprise costs that were never mentioned upfront. This dramatically changed the total price and made the deal completely unreasonable. It felt dishonest and manipulative. I chose to walk away because I believe customers deserve transparency and respect, especially when making such a big purchase. My goal was to buy the car in full with cash, without financing. I do not recommend this dealership unless you're ready for hidden fees and pressure tactics. Be careful and ask for a full breakdown before agreeing to anything

Car purchased 4/30. Oil separater has been replaced 7/14. Brakes squeak since getting the car. Still can't get our tags because they still haven't sent in the paperwork to the tag office for the purchase because they still don't have the title to the car because it was sold to us weeks before the old lien was paid off but we are now mid July with a car that is technically unregistered and can't get any more temporary tags for the vehicle we have had for less than 3 months
