Staff was very friendly. work seemed to have beendone well and a reasonable cost. However, I was not called when the car was completed, and I am concerned that everything actually was done, because there was no mention of the windshield wiper not working well, and it was even marked as being OK when it obviously had an issue. I am hoping the rest of the work that they will be doing will be done well and completely.

Had a bit of an emergency with my 2011 Pilot and they got me squared away in a day, without all the weird BS that some places try. I appreciated that, and final price for complete spark plug change, a belt and oil change was reasonable, at least by today's standards.

After trying to get three different shops to just simply get my cars codes from the check engine light being on I stopped into AJ's . Not only did they help me right away, they even fixed a a blown fuse that I had. After getting the codes I was able to drop my car off the very next morning and they had it fixed and running by the following day. Could not be happier with how I was treated from beginning to end.

The mileage on the 2019 Ranger should be "In: 12,482, rather than 124,482, and Out 12,482. Please correct your records. Otherwise, the staff were careful with the vehicle, the service was quick, and the estimated service time was right on. Very pleasant experience.

They did a really good job. Very nice people. Only thing I didnt like is their communication skills. Didnt update me as quick as I felt I should be updated. The expectation of the car being done was definitely wrong. But I guess with the situation it was expected but definitely wasnt delighted.

Brought our 2003 Forester in for transmission fluid change and filter and differential fluid change. Nice people and fair prices, bill ended up being less than quoted. First experience with AJ's was a good one, would recommend and will be back.
