I had an 8 O'clock appointment. The vehicle was serviced while I waited for the car. I had an oil change & filter replaced. I had the tires rotated. They did a general inspection. The car was started on around 8:30 and was done around 9:30. Seat and steering wheel were covered in plastic to keep it clean. Serviced the windshield fluid.

Great experience overall! Staff was very friendly and service was done quickly. They were able to squeeze me in for last minute big services before a road trip and get my car in top shape.

I visit this AAMCO once a year to have my annual inspection and or service for my transmission that has an AAMCO lifetime warranty on it... On this visit I learned that it is under new management, and I am very pleased to say that the new manager Chris was very pleasant to do business with, and he is very knowledgeable not only on transmissions, but with complete car care, and when it comes to service or repair, the mechanics and technicians at AAMCO are top notch, especially Dennis! I highly recommend this AAMCO for all of your car needs!!

On Friday 10-18-2014 I had an appointment at 10:00 am for my AAMCO lifetime warranty annual checkup on my 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager mini van, and there was some kind of scheduling mistake, however the assistant manager Gabriel got my mini van checked out within minutes of my arrival time with no hesitation, and I was extremely grateful that he accommodated me since I do drive 3 hours one way just to have my mini van checked out annually and serviced at AAMCO at the Reno Nevada location... I could drive to Sacramento, however from a past experience at a Sacramento location the service there cannot be compared to the great service the Reno location offers me, especially under the new owners that took over the Reno location about 3 years ago, and Gabriel is outstanding when it comes to customer service! The technicians are also top notch when it comes to inspections and not just on the transmission, they check everything mechanical and make sure my vehicle is up to par and safe when I drive off! Thank you again to everyone at AAMCO at the Reno Nevada location!!
