Mr. Lee was very professional with a Great attitude. He had no problem with me calling and asking 1 million questions. Lee was nice and the tech was knowledgeable.... but The prices kept changing. One price over the phone to get you in, one price that's slightly higher when you get there and after the car is in the bay with the technician. The price goes up dramatically. Just for me to go to Pep Boys down the street and pay $150 less for the same serpentine belt. Rip offs!

Told me I needed almost $3000 work that I did not need. (Struts leaking, shocks need to be replaced, plus other small stuff). AAMCO Tried to take advantage of me. Brought my car back home to my mechanic, who said that my struts were not leaking and shocks did not need to be replaced.

My experience with AAMCO is very positive! From Randy at the front desk to Hamlet the mechanic it was a great collaboration from start to finish. Any time I called my questions were answered. And they made it possible to know what was happening at every stage, even to a through explanation of what caused the problem. It did take a little longer than I expected, but they are very popular and had more customers than just me. Also they had to determine what parts were needed, and had to wait for them to arrive. Thanks again AAMCO for the attention to detail and the best experience you could hope for when having transmission problems!

Great service. Not pushy. Unlike dealership service department they are always trying to sell some sort of maintenance. Here they just recommend if something is found. Otherwise they just tell you you are good to go all thing look well.
