I am 73 years old. Before coming to North Carolina and joining AAA in 2019, I lived in Los Angeles, Ca. and was a member of AAA for over 40 years. I must say the customer service experience I had with this service shop is the worst I've encountered in all my years as a member of AAA.

Well, my car just died as I pulling out of my garage. I tried to start it and nothing. I call AAA to have it towed to the dealership and when the driver arrived he asks me a few questions about the car. He then asks me to try to start it again. No start. He said he thought it was the battery. He charged it and it started.

Very disappointed, I was told if I brought the car in at 7:30, they would be done in time for me to make a 1pm meeting. Catalytic converter installs may take up to 2 hours, so I trusted in 4.5 hours I would be able to make the meeting. I doubt if I'll go back.

I usually have a great experience when I bring my car in for service. This time it took longer than usual. The guy that worked on my car was slow, didnt put my tire locks back and left it on the car seat. He should put things back in the location he took it from. I should not be cleaning up after him. He didnt reset my the oil change so know my car is sending me a message that I need the service. This not okay.

I was greeted promptly upon arrival. I was there for an oil change and free tire rotation. Michael discussed recommended services that were due to maintain the upkeep of my car. We then discussed cost and time it would take to perform the recommendations. Services were performed and completed in the time he quoted, which was most appreciated. My overall experience was good. I am most likely to return in the future.

The problem was not fixed. The SUV is still making the same sound in the driver side wheel. They charged me $75.00 for a Chassis/Suspension Check. If they had performed the Chassis/Suspension Check, they would have found out it was not the brakes. I WANT MY MONEY BACK the Chassis/Suspension Check. Please refund my money!!

They are on top of things from the time you come in to the time you leave. Service techs are all neat and clean. Thorough in what they are doing to your vehicle. AAA provides a digital review so you see what they've completed and suggestions for what needs to be done. The center (shop) is always clean.

I was pleased to have Uber service to my workplace after drop-off. Service advisor was very personable. Price was reasonable. It's a little early to know how well my A/C will perform, as it's still early spring and relatively cool. Hoping for good luck with it.
