I was given the runaround by a AAA battery specialist so frustrated I took me eight hours to finally get up a battery replaced when I walked into this AAA, AAA auto mechanic in Scottsdale. They were so kind they listen to me they took the time to look up my information The warranty supervisor made right and reached out to Napa for the right battery size. The customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend this auto mechanic place they take the time to listen. They address the situation in a timely and efficient manner a high 10 for this wonderful place they took a day of filled with frustration in a matter of one hour turn my day around.

They gave me a quote for $1100 to fix my a/c. Came with a 2 yr warranty.
when I got the car back, the a/c was not blowing the cold air a new compressor should have produced. they got me back in a few days later to tell me there was another part that needed to be replaced which wouls cost nearly another $400. At this point I agreed to have the work done but was paying under protest. My 1999 accord is only valued at $1100. Upon completion of the 2nd repair, I looked at the 2 invoices and noticed they had charged me twice for the freon evacuation and the labor on that. I came back in to complain to the desk clerk and while he has shrugging his shoulders, the manager overheard me stating my claim and he was able tor refund for the double charge. I told him that because they are Triple A, I feel they should be more professional than that and not charge me for the additionl work on a job they quoted me as $1100 out the door! He disagreed. needless to say, they have lost a return customer.
