My service was good, and it took a while to find the problem. I thought the problem was feul related and turned out to need a battery. My experience since has a few glitches. It took me a week to find out what the cost would be. Also, In this email my milage. Is noted as 144, 549 when actually my car has 114, 000 miles on it. I also have not received my receipt in my email.

No communication. Desk agent said they rotated my tires but I checked, it wasn't. Service tech then asked me to step aside and that he will deal with me. Had they told me that they will not perform said tire rotation because my rear tire was cupping from the inside, I wouldn't have bothered to come back in and asked.

The customer service was good but the young man at the front DeAndre messed up my invoice and canceled my order and it took him 40 minutes to fix it unexceptable and he put the wrong mileage on my car. He put 150000 miles when I have 85900 miles which has my blue book value lower than it should be. The mechanic was very nice.

Despite being misinformed by a representative the day before about not needing an appointment for a battery charge, Assistant Car Care Manager, Andrew Baylor and the crew of technicians made my day! He and they were able to get my battery charged, tested and replaced, in less than the anticipated hour time expectancy. That kind of service will certainly make me extend my 19 year membership!

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked the manager if the rotation was done and he said yes. Found out later that it wasnt. Took it back the next day for the rotation and when it was completed I saw a lug nut was missing, to find out that he stripped the stud and didnt say anything. The technician just put the lug nut in my car along with my wheel lock key. Almost an hour and a half later the rotation was complete.

They replaced my car battery but tacked on $80 to reset the PC on the car. This is ridiculous - any competent mechanic would connect a memory saver to the OBDII port to preserve the cars settings in the computer. The additional $80 is a rip-off, AAA is supposed to protect consumers.

Worst car experience ever. Every day I was told it should be finished by end of day . I quoted a price of $1,500 . The manager told me $2000.00 . Your itemized bill make no sense .It looks like I have been charged twice for some items.Your staff appears incompetent.

Service advisor is nice but I was told I had a different problem 4 months ago. Now when the problem persists and should be covered under warranty, the original issue is no longer the problem and its something else . Not sure how the misdiagnosis was made previously and I had to eat the cost for it.

I had a tire emergency, and, as I was in an adjacent shopping center, I was able to get my car into the AAA shop. While they were relatively busy, they remained congenial, cordial, and helpful, doing the best they could to address the issue and, as it turned out, replace the affected tire, all in a relatively timely fashion considering that I just drove in off the street.

Needed new battery in car in my garage. Called AAA and They came out in about an hour and hotshotted it - because it was a specialty battery they did not have one on the truck . I immediately went to the Crofton service center and had one installed. Whole process was finished in 3 hours - from time I called AAA til had a healthy new battery installed.

I had car towed because it kept stalling. Thought I had major problem. They found that someone had not tightened the air filter housing and it came off causing the car to suck in too much air. No damage done. The error was made by another center which I will not use again. While at AAA, had them perform a tune up. Car is running like a charm.

Service Station is new and possibly still in the organizational mode. However, the request for service for 3/20 was to do an alignment check only, since the car was needed to get to work. However, the technician misread the order and actually performed the alignment, causing alternate transportation to be needed for the car owner to get to work. Not a major issue, but an annoyance.
