I was shown a problem with one of my tie rod ends & informed that my front brakes would need to be replaced soon. I was given an estimate of the work required. Stewart ensured that I understood the information. I appreciated the care given to me & my SUV.

My wife found a nail in one of her Forester's tires. I took it to this AAA service shop to repair the tire. Turns out the nail did not go through the tread - no air leak to fix. The shop checked the other 3 tires to make sure they did not have nails in them. The shop did not charge me for the time and effort to check out the tires since no repair was needed. Some service shops would not have been so honest.

2/9 I had just made a plan to take a 700+ mile trip on Monday. I went to Bob Sumerel Tire on 2/9, Friday afternoon--did not call ahead--desperate to have alignment checked. After a very reasonable wait, my car was diagnosed and I was out the door. I was very pleases!

My van was not fixed properly when I picked it up. I paid for the alternator to be replaced, and after driving for less than 30 miles it wouldnt go without shaking horribly. After calling and speaking to the manager, he admitted that they did not test drive it after they worked on it. Then when I tried to drive it again, it would no longer move at all. It is currently being towed to a reliable and honest mechanic.
