Dropped car off at 2:00 pm as battery had died twice previously. Was told someone would test the battery and call me back before 6:00 pm that day. No one called. They kept the car overnight and called at 11:00 am the next morning.

The car was dropped off for a couple of hours the day before Thanksgiving and AAA squeezed us in for an inspection. All went well, quick service, and polite rep. Also we have been here several times and always good service.
