Made an appointment for 9:30 am. Dropped car off on time for oil change and tire rotation. Called at 2:00 pm. Broken lug nut. Called again at 4:00 pm. Finally ready. THEY NEVER CALLED ME!?! Why? Could have told me at any time that they needed more time. Expected to pick car up by noon. Instead it was the end of the day. Guess it's better to wait there for service. Otherwise, service seemed fine.

Please, please, please have your techs clean their grimy prints off the arm rests and center consoles.
I am a recent former AAA employer and this has always been a pet peeve of mine. And I'm sure it is for other members who have light color leather or fabric arm rests and consoles.

It was my second trip to this AAA repair shop to get the same thing fixed when I pick up the car and brought it home there was a clicking sound I don't know if it was related to the original power steering fix or not but I'll have it out today again and I'm sure that clicking sound will still be there so I'm not too excited about the AAA service at this point

The tech arrived quickly, checked my battery and verified that it needed replacing. Because I had replaced the battery with a AAA battery only a few months before, they exchanged the bad one for a new one at no additional charge to me. This made me very happy!
