Service advisor and technicians , looks like, dont care for customer requests. On my recent visit at AAA located on North Plainfield NJ I spent almost 700 and requested to get wheel alignment checked and also one of the tire which has been losing air every couple of days but they did not do any of these except only paid service. Disappointing. Management need to re-train their staff there.

The service was outstanding!!! I had this right front tire indicating low tire pressure and after 2 weeks adding air to the tire, my wife suggested to get it fixed. Well I took the car to AAA car service on route 22, North Plainfield in afternoon to have it fixed. It was completed right away and I was on my home in 35 minutes.!!! What a surprise.!!!! Thank you AAA!!!

Had a flat tire in their parking lot. They had my wait for 3 hours and then told me I need a new tire without even looking at the problem. I asked them to to please fill it up with air and I drove home. Got home, found the leak and plugged it - 5 min done. They will never see me again.

Fast service. Went in for an oil change and was in and out. And the worker guy was honest and explained thorough what I needed and not. Knowing females don't be heard enough at Mechanic shops, etc, I definitely had my questions answered and felt comfortable to know my car is in good hands.

The technician did secure the new wipers that were part of the service I'd paid for, therefore during a rain event, drivers side wiper flew off and I was too far to get to them to fix even though they wanted to. I had to drive several miles barely able to see and purchase another wiper to get home safely.

Advisor Brad/Thor, argued with me that something is seriously wrong with my coolant system. He insisted the overflow tank should be empty when it says right on it it should be 1/2 full. My radiator was just replaced and is working well. This uninformed advice lost this customer. Oil change that I went in for seems fine. But I question the need to replace my 3 month old battery even though i had it done. Now sorry.

Service was scheduled at 4:30 PM. They took the car inside around 6:00 PM and completed the service around 7:00 PM. Not happy with the delay at the place. Also they didn't honor the coupon on the website due to some reasoning.

The service tech at the counter I spoke with was very courteous and helpful. My vehicle was taken in relatively quickly as it was priority from roadside assistance.
I was given the diagnosis and a determination was made that I would have a secondary to to my home state for repair. The service tech provided me with a complimentary Uber ride to a car rental facility. Overall good experience.

Over the past few months I have paid for extensive repairs,(alignment, oil leak which caused motor damage, replaced suspension and struts, 2-new tires). I also experienced vibration of my tires totaling well over $2k.
Results: My car is still not aligned, I am still experiencing vibration of the tires driving at very low speeds, at take off, and noise when I start the car.
