The oil change/tire rotation (with an appointment) took an hour and a half. A person in the waiting area was on his phone in speaker mode making phone calls and watching videos for over 60 minutes of this time. It was so loud as to not allow me to concentrate on the book I was attempting to read. Although this was not the fault of the AAA staff, they never approached the man to get him to lower the volume.

I took my car to get its 2023 NC smog/safety inspection yesterday. I had made an appointment the previous week. I walked in was served immediate and sat in the waiting room until my car was finished which only took 15 minutes which most be some sort of record. I paid they handed me the receipt and I was out the door having spent something less than 30 minutes. Great service Ill use them again for sure.

Appreciated the crew working us in on their busy schedule. Excellent service with the vehicle inspection. I appreciated the pictures of the air filters that needed replaced. Recommend service for the fluids was a good prompt to be budgeting for. Friendly service writer and prompt service. I liked the free tire rotation with the oil change. Will definitely be back to this service location.

I changed A/C air filter. The work was not done properly. Hence I had to go there two times additionally to get the things taken care. When they did the tire rotation, they did put one of the wheel hub caps properly. I lost one Hub cap. I need to buy a new one now and have to pay $50 or so from my pocket for that.

I was given a 9:30am appointment and arrived at 9:20am. I checked in and at 9:35am my vehicle was being moved into the shop for service. A lot of shops give you an appt. and get to your vehicle 30 minutes later. They kept me informed throughout my service (I didn't have to ask what was going on with my vehicle) and I left very pleased that I had my vehicle serviced there.

Great service except our service engine light was on after leaving the shop.
We checked the code and it read that the 6th cylinder was not functioning.
We erased the code with hopes that replacing the battery was the root cause and the service engine light won't come on after it cycles out.

AAA worked me in without an appointment, and was able to examine my flat tire pretty quickly. They let me know that I needed to replace that tire, as well as the other three that were getting fairly worn down. The price for 4 new tires with mounting and alignment was less than a nearby competitor. I was able to get my car fixed and back the same day.

Just a State Vehicle inspection, but they give a very detailed pdf report including individual pictures of each tire showing tread wear, pictures of air filters and drops of fluids against a color chart showing age of fluids. Work was completed in less than 45 minutes and Covid-19 procedures were followed extremely well.

The transmission linkage disengaged (with the car in Park) so I had to call AAA for a tow, I chose this AAA Car Care Center. Although it was expected to be repaired and returned on Monday, it was ready on Tuesday afternoon. With the Warranty on this repair, I'm comfortable that it was a good job.

I had a tire I had purchased at AAA get a puncture. I called, they set up an appointment, ordered a new tire, if needed to replace. The tire was not repairable, so they replaced the tire as I had a hazard warranty on it. The whole thing took less than an hour.

AAA did a great job. Had an appointment at 8:30 and dropped off the car. There was no place to sit down because of the Corona Virus, but I was OK with that. AAA was complying with the CDC guidelines and I was grateful for that.I went for a walk to Rivergate shopping center while I was waiting. They did outstanding work and let me know what I may may to keep an eye on. Thanks
