They replaced my engine and transmission mounts all four tires and didn't alignment. About two months later, my car was making an odd sound so I brought it back to them and one of the engines that failed so he replaced it free of charge. They were very polite and professional, and offered a loaner car anytime my car was kept overnight and shuttle services whenever my car was worked on just during the day.

A&R has proven to be the epitome of integrity. I know high mileage cars can be rife with hidden problems. A&R does their due diligence in diagnostics and provides a detailed report on all anomalies discovered and the most pressing issues to ensure safety of both the car and customer. I have been out of the "game" (as a mechanic) so "cost" is still a bit of a shock, but A&R is very reasonable.

We have taken our vehicles to this company before and had great service. My son ended up having to take his vehicle somewhere else and they messed it up so bad that they refunded the cost of the work and we had to bring it here to fix their mistakes. They are timely in communication and give a military discount. They even work with a financing company if you need it. We appreciate the work they've done!

Apparently the phrase "fix everything" is too complicated for them. Several major service appts and each time, I've had to return 2 weeks later for something I thought I told them to fix but they decided to fix something else instead so now my vehicle is so beat from going back and forth, we have to replace it
