Very fast, honest work. Part that needed replaced was expensive and also hard to get to but they broke everything down and explained why they did what they did, even showed me the broken compressor. Appreciated them getting me in and out so fast because I was visiting from out of town.

Owner mechanic is rude. Try to sell me service. I did not need for my AC.. I told him before he inspected it for the second time. What I thought it needed. It turned out I was correct but he told me. I was incorrect so I replaced the part myself anyway and it fixed my AC. SO IT IS NOT A MECHANIC'S SHOP YOU CAN TRUST

THe people are great. Had transmission issue on way there where it would not shift out of drive. Had delivered to A & L after arriving at Branson west, at 0900, and it was completely repaired at 1430, and they came to resort to pick us up to retrieve it! This is what customer service is!!!

Extremely nice people who run this shop! I called about my a/c issue expecting to have to make an appointment, but they said to come in anytime that day and they would see what the issue was. Turns out in was a minor freon leak. I was only there about 30 min, then on my way with ice cold air conditioning again!

Great family run business. Dont let the location (not directly on a major road) fool you. They are honest and friendly. Amanda (A) & Larry (L) are a great couple with great children. I highly recommend this place! I was a tourist in need of a new shift cable (ripe to be taken advantage of) and they were professional all the way!
