I scheduled my visit online at 9am for a drain and fill on my Escape. They were very helpful and I was done in about an hour. They went over everything with me and showed me photos that they had taken and explained everything done. I would definitely take my vehicle back for service.

Tim, the manager, was great and explained what type of transmission I have and when it should have maintenance. He also explained that the fluid they took out was very dirty but there were no shavings so that was a good thing. I would definitely recommend them and I would recommend calling to make an appointment first

Gave a lot of information regarding transmission issues. Neglected to define 6L80 types of transmissions which accrued $1,500 in extra cost. Also, didn't have the mind to switch new transmission components with old TCM which cost more money to get it married to my vehicle.

Tim the manager is friendly snd courteous. He gave me an honest diagnosis and charged me about $600.00 for installing couple sensors. However, the problem was not fixed so he requested to keep the car for further diagnoses. He kept the care for over a week and finally had an assessment. The computer needed to be replaced and Tim suggested I take it to the dealer. He did not charge me for the many hours of additional time spent in the diagnosis. Although the problem was not fixed I believe the shop tried to fix the issue starting w/ the least expensive possibility rather than jump to replacing the whole transmission as another auto shop suggested. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because Tim could have done a better job in keeping in communication about the status. My car was in their shop for almost 10 but I always had to call for an update. I understand this could be because they are understaffed. But I will take my car back if transmission issues arise in future.
