They are no-nonsense. They'll tell you about what's wrong, what's going to be wrong in the future (My brakes had 10% life on them) and then they texted me after to check in on how it was doing after my repairs. I adore that they were all so forward and didn't dance around the subject or pricing.

My first visit to A Plus was a great experience. The shuttle service was a life saver. They not only are experts in trans but also all facets of a vehicle. Brake job was done quickly. Service people were very friendly and helpful. Discovered a great shop!!
