My car came back with scratches on top of the passenger front fender that were not there when we dropped the car off. Also the engine now vibrates in gear at stop signs or when the car is in park. This has been mentioned to the agent handling the service performed on the car.

They may, at times, be very busy, and the service may take a little longer, but that is because they are making sure they deliver quality work.
