A. Crivelli Auto Repair group is incredible, they keep me updated on any/all work and do an amazing job. They always leave my car looking like new. The staff are top notch and always professional. They really care about my car. It's also wonderful that I am not left without a vehicle as they have a loaner service. They are the best!!!

Very disappointed I needed brakes and rotors turned and truck only has 25000 miles. Has never happened to me before! The employee who waited on us was very good, explained everything to us. Not the usual guy who does not seem to know about servicing at all. Truck was there on 8/25

The technicians looked at the brakes in detail because of a noise they have been making. The noise turned out to be the result of my only driving 200-300 miles per month, resulting in a thin coat of rust on a spot on the brakes. This rust is not doing anything to reduce the effectiveness of the brakes. To eliminate the noise would mean an unnecessary expense for me, and I agreed with them.
