I like it when I made an appointment & they got me right it. They let me know what was the problem, & I had to reschedule for the maintenance, due to my work schedule, but they got started on it right away the next day! Amazing! Fixed in the time frame they had told me, & got me on my way. Always a wonderfully nice staff!!! Loved the Christian music & coffee while I waited. Thanks again

Tried to get me to pay for a whole engine replacement when the real problem was just the purge valve. We got our problem fixed for 350 dollars instead of an unnecessary 8,500 repair. Also said we needed a new arm on the back tire but I just needed an alignment.

Once again when my car needed help, A-1 was able to get me in quickly. My windshield washers weren't working and a winter storm was coming! I called, explained the problem, and got in the next day! The issue was taken care of while I waited there. Everyone was kind and helpful.

They went above and beyond to take care of me. I went in on a Friday afternoon just looking to get the diagnosis and set up an appointment later in the week when I had another day off, they double teamed my ac to have it get done that day, so my vehicle will be safe to drive. Definitely bring my vehicle back in the future for other services

I am a client of the Fort/Sunshine shop. I appreciate that they give me an estimate as soon as they hear my issue. They do excellent work at a fair price and have a comfortable waiting room that isn't so large that it makes you feel lost or overlooked. But I especially like that they call me by name even on the phone. They take an interest in me as a person.

It was a good experience. They were kind and communicated well the prices and expectations. Got a diagnostic done but that was about it. To get it actually fixed was a bit too pricy for me and for what I was able to get it done at else where.

Timely repair was good. Repair seemed expensive though. As I assume much of this repair cost was labor, I don't know what industry production rate would be that determines the expense. Therefore difficult to evaluate !

Went in to have some AC sensors replaced. They tried to tell me I needed a new compressor I went home put a low pressure switch in and it works like a dream. They had to refund $300 because they falsely old me i needed a new ac system
