Had appointment for oil change, tire change over, state inspection. Inspection revealed my car needed new brakes to pass inspection. The staff at 802 was able to get them done the same day, even though I did not discover their message until later in the day. I appreciate their efforts. The service was prompt, professional and seamless.

Mike is great! He listens, advises as to what is needed and only what is needed. He is thorough and explains things clearly. The showroom is clean and comfortable. It would be nice if they included a "free" car wash as part of the service, which I did get at another dealership. But I am happy with everything at 802 Honda!

Purchased a new Accord Hybrid and the first 1000 miles averaged 33.8 mpg. The car was serviced, nothing found wrong all systems worked. Told to come back at first oil change 5000 miles) and see the difference. My trade in Accord Hybird averaged 41 to 44 mpg winters and 48- 51 summer mpg. My driving habits and conditions remain the same. The dealer can't explain why.

Recently had an issue with charging system. Took vehicle to 802 Honda and described my issue and they performed a comprehensive diagnostic procedure which determined that the battery had a bad cell. They replaced the battery and we have not had any further problems. The staff was very helpful and explained the procedures that would be required to resolve the issue. We were happy with all the individuals we dealt with at this visit.

The car passed the free multi-point safety check with flying colors, however it was noted that the battery was at about 60% capacity. Living in northern Vermont, I decided to change the battery the following day. I'm grateful for the information from the safety check, and for the service I received at 802 Honda.

The service addressed my concerns. My only reservation is that the service included a follow-up on an air conditioner fluid leak, which resulted in a finding of a small leak that needed some seals that were not in stock. I now have to make a third visit related to this problem.

I had to wait 1.5 hours for an oil change. I was told that service was backed up because of snow tire changes despite my having an appointment, but I was never told that there would have been a longer-than-normal wait time; otherwise, I would not have waited.

Maintenance for my daily, help complete a 1991 prelude restoration, and helped my niece when her brakes let go on her honda fit. 48 hrs, on a Friday had her back on the road. All at very reasonable rates. Extremely friendly accommodating staff, all very friendly. Family has been going to them over 30 years, never a problem. Recommend 100%

Both tires on the left hand side of the 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport are down on air and still losing air slowly. That was not the case before we brought the car in so it seems that in swapping out the snows for the highway tires, two tires may not have been put on correctly.

Polite and courteous service representative. A bit disappointing to see the tech did not use a floor protector as there was black dirt all over the driver's floor mat. The car also smelled like gasoline for over a week from the changeout of the fuel pump.

This was a Honda specific service - Timing belt, water pump, belt tensioner, and valve adjustment. I found the dealer prepared and ready to handle this. The price was reasonable and they stuck to their estimate. I would add that my wife bought a Civic from this dealership over 20 years ago and we felt treated fairly then as well. They used to offer a simple car wash with every kind of service which I loved.
