No problems. Will check on alternator, as many go out at or around 100,000 miles. Pins fell out from a shield below the car on 3/21/2023 on a long drive to OKC. Thank goodness Battison Honda in Oklahoma City was able to do an easy fix. Not sure if that would have been caught on a regular check-up, but it could have caused the car some damage. All is well.

The service writers are pleasant people, but five visits for the same problem points to some issues, either with communication or with technician competence. Sadly, this is common nowadays. Stillwater Honda Cars could have stood out but they measured as only average for my problem.

Service was done in a timely way and the employees were very nice and accommodating even though we purchased our car at another dealership. I would appreciate it if car dealerships would not try to sell products and/or services that aren't requested by the customer. I know that all car manufacturers do this, not just Honda. I think that Honda makes a great car, this is our second, and we appreciate the good people at 6th Avenue Honda. Thank you.
