The car I was looking at said it had no issues in the posting. When the dealer contacted me they mentioned it has a service ticket for noises in the engine. The next day they tell me the engine needs to be replaced and it's an extra 3500 dollars. Why post a car saying it's in good condition then turn around and say it doesn't run.

Dealer told me they were going to do a pre-approval first but insread they did a hard inquiry. Then when I asked about my down payment and payments dealer refused to tell me. He insisted that the bank wanted the down payment paid before they could give me monthly payment information. The dealer I worked with was Fritz but I will definitely not want to work with him again. In foil didn't purchase.

It was ok. They reached out to me once or twice. Didnt seem too eager to sell me a vehicle but the vehicle I was interested was a little pricier than I wanted to spend. They didnt hound me though and I liked that. But I expected a little more effort. (I work in car sales)

Led me in to tell me the car i wanted was no longer there. Purchased another vehicle that kept dying. Needed new battery and battery terminals. Had ZERO coolant and overheated and info online said had oil change but oil was thick and dirty. If they had better mechanics i would give a better rating because this is simple stuff that should be done before they sell the vehicle.
