I've never seen nor had a car dealership give me a detailed description of what they're going to do to service my vehicle in a video format while I'm sitting in their waiting room drinking their coffee. This is first class as it gets. From changing my differential fluids front/Rear to letting me know I need a rear brake pads, I truly think that this is the way all dealerships should be.

I have brought my vehicle in for service requesting certain maintenance and they will not just do it automatically, if the part is not worn, they will tell me it does not need to be done! I will never buy a car anywhere else!
