Greeted by the Service Advisor upon arrival, covered driver's seat with a plastic cover, and guided me to the waiting lounge which is a comfortable experience. A nice touch was the tech sent a video explanation of their multi-point checks and showed any maintenance suggestions. Car was finished in an acceptable amount of time, all washed. The Service Advisor then escorted me to my completed car.

Received excellent customer service from the adviser, James. Was impressed that the service technician created a video to show me everything that was checked on my car & its status - green (good) yellow (needs to be watched) or red (needs replacement). Fortunately I didn't have any reds. Excellent experience & service.

Took care of my warranty when another dealer closer to home seemed uninterested to call Hyundai and get approval. I'm pretty sure they have lost my maintenance business. I'll drive further from now on to Cochran.

My technician was so focused on every detail of getting my car inspected and having it be SAFE for me to drive. Mr. McDonough is a very thorough, knowledgeable mechanic, i felt safe driving my car after his checking all the parts.
Mr. McDonough even took it thru the car wash to get the salt off my car.

Lack of sufficient number of qualified service mechanics( several dealerships have this problem), coupled with Hyundai's great warranty length, means that there are more warranty repairs than can be handled in a timely fashion. Otherwise the rating for this dealership would be higher.

Another solid experience at Cochran Hyundai of South Hills. I came in for some recall-related service and also opted to get my oil change while I was there. The staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful, just like a previous visit I had there. I'm not one to usually go to a dealership for service, but I can definitely say I've only had positive experiences here thus far.

They did not help me. They said that I should go to the place where the previous owner repaired the car. They did not want to repair my car. And I had to go to another dealer to repair the car. Solve this problem. That other owners could repair the car at the original Hyundai service in that place where they are comfortable.

Great experience. They were very accommodating when my car broke down. They got me set up with a rental & had my car done 20 days earlier than they originally told me! I had a much better experience at this Hyundai dealership than I did at Moon Township Hyundai. Very happy & satisfied.

Terrible, terrible service department, no care or concerns, no communication, outrageous prices. They had me over a barrel because my car was towed in, took 31 days before diagnosed, and charged me an exorient price for a starter. Never Ever Again, and I highly recommend nobody else use their service department. Just Terrible,Period.

Only fair. Oil was spilled on engine block, causing smoke on the way home. Return to dealership where they cleaned off the oil. A coupon for future service or refund current service would have been appreciated for my trouble. The service manager was otherwise apologetic.

I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance along with state vehicle inspection and 2 recalls. The service representative (Chris) did a great job and I was very pleased with the service I received. We have 3 Hyundai vehicles in our family and all have been purchased and serviced through #1 Cochran Hyundai.

2014 Hyundai Santa Fe sport with total miles of 167,000 - replacement motor (under warranty ) with less than 10,000 miles due to a lack of power.
It was diagnosed that that catalytic converter the muffler and 2 oxygen sensors were needed. Told it would cost over $6,000 to repair!!! They recommended a trade in for a newer or new vehicle.
I took it to a local mechanic that repaired it for $1200! Their actions are Criminal!

Regarding the difference in price, factory parts were quoted, and typically factory and after-market parts do come at a cost difference. The reason for my 3 is the miscommunication of the situation from the start. I was told one thing them it would turn out to be something different was frustrating. Dealing with 3 different companies giving me 3 different answers didn't make it any better. Once everything got situated that's when problems for resolved. So frustration and lack of communication with each person from each company is why the review is so low
