This was the second visit for the same problem. See TSB 20-2170. The day after the last service I had water leaking into the passenger side of the cab again. I have around $700 invested in this problem which should have been covered under warranty because of design error. I have an appointment in a week. We will see if Champion stands behind their repairs.

There is a telemetry problem with the Battery Monitoring System which has been difficult to analyze and fix. Dealership has done all that they can. Ford corporate has not been overly enthusiastic about investigating the problem. By pure accident, I updated the "software" for my 2023 Mustang and the problem was solved. The dealership had NO KNOWLEDGE of a software update which needed to be done. This was not the dealerships fault..

The truck still hasn't been fixed. Two misses due to weather. Then was in only to look at the possible repairs under Car Shield. Hopefully, this visit on 4-22 when they pick up the truck and 4-23 when they start the truck repairs will see it repaired. Supposedly a three day job they they will finish in one day as they are to return the truck on 4-23. Checked yes on recommend. But a maybe.

Checked truck in at 1:00 pm. Received fax stating who my service rep was, etc.. and told truck would be done within 2 hours. At 4:00 pm, still hadn't heard anything so checked on it. Somehow, they forgot about my truck and had not started. Wanted me to come back the next day. Drove 1 1/2 hours to get there, waited 3 hours, and drove 1 1/2 hours to go home. Will not use this dealership again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

The staff answered all of my questions and helped me to understand how to operate certain features on my car.I am an older person and needed to be educated about some of my cars features and the staff was very patient with me and I so appreciated them for that. They were done in a timely fashion. My Mother who dropped off and picked up the vehicle love the customer service and that they gave her a ride home. The only thing was although they put spear back in storage area they didn't put the actual jack back in storage area. Thanks

After arriving at appointed time, work was ready to be performed. I was offered a ride home and pick up when the car was ready, but I declined and wanted to wait. Lounge area was very nice and I was kept informed of the status of the repair. The work was completed in less time than quoted. I was very pleased with the service and personnel.
