When I got my car back the windshield washer fluid sprayers no longer worked, they didn't put the engine cover back on correctly so now it constantly moves around, and they caused a chirping noise with my belt or a pulley or both, they charge way too much, and also try to tell you they found other things wrong when those problems were never there in the beginning

Even though I came in near closing time, Chris still came out to check what noises my car was making. I was able to leave it on site so they can get it in first thing the next morning. They told me what the problem was as soon as they found out, when they can get it fixed, and what it would cost. I got my car back all repaired that same day. Good and quick service. Great place to get service done.

They were able to diagnose our cars problems and give us a detailed list of things to look out for and see about taking care of in order of priority! Since the top priority fixes the car hasnt been making any off noises and works great! They were even nice enough to provide a ride back to my house when I dropped the car off!

Performed diagnostics on P1116 check engine code. Problem properly identified but corrective work must be done by Toyota dealer. This problem is widespread on the 2009 Prius. I am just one of many. I have had this looked at by Gateway Toyota five time in past year. Even Toyota factory experts are unable to resolve it.

Well I recently called the shop and expressed my concern with the vehicle. I didnt expect to get it in the same day but thats exactly what happened. As a matter of fact I dropped it off and they tested the radiator. It confirmed that it had a leak they called me back with a hard estimate I agreed and by 3-4:00 my truck was ready. Dunns corner auto repair is excellent. They always get you in. Sometimes give you a ride back to your house when you drop your car off too.... if you dont have a ride... Very friendly and they Really care about what is wrong with your car and fix it right. I have been going there for years

Grant Batten @ Southside Autowerks is excellent! No complaints and completely satisfied. Love the experience of actually being able to shadow Grant and see how the job is down as well as ask questions and make conversation! I live an hour to two (depending on traffic conditions) from this shop, however its worth the drive every time.

We have a camper van and the van wouldn't start when we were leaving our campground. Struggled for days trying to line up towing and repair shop. Many repairs shops had a week or more waiting list. Finally got a mobile mechanic to start it but it needed a fuel pump and we barely made it to the repair shop. They took us right away and stuck with it until the repair was done. Got us rolling. Highly recommend.
