2022 Audi RS7
2022 Audi RS7 Review
The 2022 Audi RS7 is a five-seat midsize luxury car with a handy rear hatchback. The highest-performance version of the A7 sedan, it comes with all-wheel drive (AWD) and a snarling twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 that produces 591 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque. Acceleration is blisteringly quick: The sprint from 0-60 mph is accomplished in just 3.5 seconds.
The RS7’s interior is extremely well-built, featuring advanced tech touches. It will take some time to get a handle on the infotainment system, which can feel complicated and overwhelming, and there are also a couple of drawbacks related to the RS7’s coupe-like shape. Getting into the backseat is a challenge, and headroom back there is impinged upon by the tapering roofline. On a positive note, cargo room is generous, and this Audi’s rear hatch opens high to make loading it an easy task.

Where the RS7 Sits in the 2022 Audi Lineup
The Audi lineup includes several coupes and sedans, including the A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, e-tron GT, TT and A8. Sitting at the very top of the lineup in terms of price and performance is the mid-engine R8.
2022 Audi RS7 vs. the Competition
- Audi S7:
Sitting one rung below the mighty RS7, the S7 sedan comes with a 444-horsepower turbocharged V6 and AWD. It’s ultimately not as rapid as the RS7, but it is less expensive and comes with the same sleek design.
- BMW M5:
Few sport sedans have a reputation like the indomitable BMW M5. For decades, it has raised the bar for midsize performance luxury sedans. The 2022 model is motivated by a 600-horsepower turbocharged V8, and AWD is standard.
- Audi R8:
If you find yourself in an Audi dealership and want the most performance for your money, ask to test drive an R8. This two-seat sports car shares its underpinnings with the wild Lamborghini Huracan, and behind the cockpit is a snarling V10 engine. Rear-wheel drive (RWD) is standard and AWD is optional.

2022 Audi RS7 Reviews
Consumer Reviews
I bought the car. With a good carfax, all recalls completed. About 8,000miles into owning the alternator and hybrid battery system failed leaving me and my family stranded on the side of the road in middle of nowhere Nevada. Audi's dealer support took 5 months to repair the car. According to our carfax the car was a certified pre owned vehicle. Audi has their own CPO programs, so it made the repair process much more difficult. Stay away from the Audi 4.0t systems
The vehicle offers exceptional cargo capacity, seamless transitions between comfort and sport modes, and delivers an engaging driving experience. Also it has probably the best design for a 4 door hatch I've seen in a long time.
It's a v8 hatchback what's not to live. Well, you'll go through gas like it's nothing. The maintenance can stack up to the cost of a small used car. Strongly recommend getting audi care. It'll set you back 2700$ but it'll cover all the maintenance cost for upto 50k. The breaks need to be serviced it seems every 20k. That being said it's a super fun car that I've been wanting for sometime.
Does everything well, beautiful, fast great handling. All the benefits of an SUV in a luxury sport coupe.
Can beat the look and performance of the 2022 Audi RS7 in nardo grey exterior / black interior with red stitching. This car "turns heads" where ever I go!
