“I had an appt for an oil change and state inspection and was told my vehicle would be ready around 11:30 am. At noon I went to the desk to ask if it was ready as I had a doctor's appt and no one was at the desk. I sat back in the waiting room and came back at 12:15 and was told it still wasn't ready. I told the rep that I had an appt and it was supposed to be ready an hour ago. I waited another 1/2 hour. This is unacceptable for a car to be tied up for 2 1/2 hours for a minor service call.”
