The service did take a little longer than usual, but I had both my 30,000-mile maintenance and a regular oil change done, so the extra time was understandable. Overall, I was very satisfied with the professionalism and quality of service, and I would definitely return for future maintenance.”

“I continue to look to see what vehicles they have. I had to do an emergency stop there. I met two very nice young men. One which was already working on a vehicle. He politely stopped, checked all four of my tires. Even burnt his hands due to the hot tires. Mavis Tires had put four new tires (October 2022 tires) apparently they also didn't balance them. I could not drive down the highway. Therefore reluctantly, I made my way back to Mavis Tire to have them balance. Thank you to the two young men who were so helpful!, polite, wise, and treated me and their assignment with grace! I actually would like to purchase a vehicle from them now! Thank you, well done!”
