“OK service for a dealer. A couple of issues, which seem pretty common to most mechanics, at least in my experience:
1) If I make an appointment for a 2 hour service, and pay dealership premium money, I expect it done in half a day... I ended up having to go home with a loaner...
2) Use a torque wrench! Of 13 bolts removed, I had to retighten 2, and one of those hadn't even be tightened. This was a transmission fluid change, so sloppiness can lead to catastrophic damage.”
“Service rep's attitude changed when I said I couldn't afford the $800+ service add-ons at this time. Felt like I wasnt worth his time at that point. Should have just left before the mechanic took my car. Seriously considering going to another dealership...which is sad because I've had great experiences with purchases of 2 Rogues, the finance guys and other service staff.”
“Everyone I dealt with was great. Great communication, great closing. Dealt with a couple different people so I would never have to wait. They also seem to all work as a. Team”
“This car, price and dealership seems to be in my sweet spot. While we have yet to finalize the purchase, the prep work on the car and my financial prep prior to delivery seems to be going very well. There's nothing fancy or slick @ Maxwellton Motors, just down to earth folks with a modest inventory of fairly-priced, pre-owned vehicles.”
“They cut off negotiations and made a final OTD and said take it or leave it. It seemed childish and very unprofessional. A sorry but we can't go any lower would have come across honest and professional. I went back to them a week later because I wanted a Toyota warranty product and they responded very shortly that the deal was gone due to the car they had to swap sold. Well, good for them but no offer to keep an eye out for me and my desired vehicle. That deliberately burned the bridge in a way that made me determined to never have anything to do with them. Just a little treat the customer kindly and I would have been fine with them!”
“Good dealership overall. Just hard to give them a high score whenever they messed up on billing. We pay the final invoice on my truck's repair and then come to find out almost a week later. They contact me for the $100 deductible payment that they've forgot to add into the bill after the fact!
Repairs and everything was great and I would recommend the dealership. I would just tell people to quadruple check and ask them a million time, Did they put everything in the bill for the final invoice before paying it.”
