“The drive up area and front desk were clean. The waiting area was comfortable. The staff were cordial. The appointment system was not in sync. We were told we were late when we got there 15 minutes early, even though the email we received clearly stated we were early. The check on our car was thoroughly documented on video, but clarification of findings were lacking. The service was completed and we were not notified. When we called to check, we found it was completed long before our call in. When we picked up the vehicle, there were lot attendance standing next to the car with towels, which caused us to think the vehicle had been washed. It wasn't. We were first time customers looking for a dealer to perform our regular services. This will not be the place.”
