I was greeted right away upon entering the service area. Everything is clean and welcoming, the attendant handling my car was most pleasant and welcomed my questions. Overall outstanding service. The Service Rep. who was assigned was great. Very helpful. For 20K mtce I was in and out in less than 1 hour. The Service Rep. was able to answer a couple of questions I had on the car features and showed me some features to manage windows from the remote alone. Very happy with Princeton Volvo.

Service was excellent. However the Volvo I purchased at the dealership is a serious concern to me. I was told the main battery was completely discharged because I do not drive the car often enough. It is hard for me to understand how a brand new car can experience a battery failure if driven moderately.

Positive: Easy to make appointment. Wait wasn't too long for service. Negative: Reported a problem that they said they have heard from other customers since the last update. Did not find anything wrong during service so that's the end of it. No suggestions on what to do, Volvo looking into it etc.

Had a screw in my tire that needed to be replaced the day before making a road trip pre holidays. Rolled in around 1pm and Somehow the service team made it happen, had to replace the tire and change another due to tread thickness. Plus somehow they were able to accommodate my 3rd oil change and get me out by closing. They earned our respect and service business.

I had requested that when I lock my XC60 that an audible peep let me know indeed it is locked however it was not performed. In addition, within 24hrs of having my Volvo serviced I received an email advising me of a $45.00 discount that I was eligible, for after 3 attempts to contact the service associate and advise him of the offer I never received a return call.
