Overall is great experience, from the moment when I rolled in to the moment when I was put into my loaner car to the ongoing text message updates monitoring what was going on with my vehicle and approvals all the way through to my returning the loaner and picking up my Volvo XC 60.

Overall, the experience was good. Initially, I felt the interaction, especially while scheduling the service over the phone was somewhat unfriendly. However, my inperson visit was positive. They were attentive to my concerns, and their recommendations were practical and made sense. Based on this experience, I would recommend Princeton Volvo for service.

The service manager was excellent!! He addressed the problem that I brought the car in for - suggesting a fix that was appropriate for the age and budget I had for the car - I was very pleased. He corrected another issue that I had, and provided me a list of items that needed fixing over time, but did not put a hard sell on me to do them asap. Very pleasantly surprised, and I will take my car to Volvo of Princeton for service again.

The new service associate Danielle was extremely responsive and knew the details of what each element of service involved technically. Although there was a major miscommunication regarding the scope and price of service elements that I authorized, she took ownership of the problem and worked with the manager to resolve. She was articulate and very diligent. She is a great new hire and will make an excellent associate.

The prescribed service was done in a timely manner. However, the GPS map no longer functions, and the radio changes stations every time I hit a bump in the road or make a sharp turn. I will have to return tdo dealer to fix what worked before I had my car serviced.

This is my second visit to this service shop for a check engine light issue. The first visit, I left the car overnight and the problem was not resolved. The second visit I waited two hours in the waiting room and the problem was not resolved. Now they have to order a part and they will pick up the car at my home. I have until the end of November to pass inspection since the car failed at the DMV for the check engine light.
