Mostly good. The one negative was that the finance agent tried to get me to provide drivers license photos of 2 individuals on my checking account in order to conduct a back ground check. This was after my check had already cleared the bank. The requesting individual claimed that it was a state requirement which I then determined was untrue. The sales manager then stepped in to say that the background checks were not needed.

They did not even look at it when I arrived at 4:45 after not getting any updates on whether it was done or not. Losing track of a service ticket is not professional. Won't be back.

Bought a car there. Got home and the bumper had fallen off. Called back and talked to Kevin and he told me "You bought a cheap car." They eventually agreed to fix it and whn I brought it back in they had it "fixed" by some shady outsourced person, would not tell ke what they did to it an provided bo service record.

They fixed the a/c issue which was on the car when i bought it from Vandergriff Toyota. They sold me a car that was defective and did nothing to have management call me or find a way to buy back the card or credit/extend warranty on the car. The car was bought back in November 2025 brand new from Vandergriff. They fixed the issue and notified that it was a manufacture defect which caused it.

I brought my car in for several issues, including changing the tint on my windows. Service Advisor Ryan Parker could not have been more professional. Everything was done right! I was fully informed of the progress. Window tint specialist John Navarro did an absolutely wonderful job on the tint. I know how tedious that job was!! The service department at this dealership is tops!!!

Able to get me scheduled and serviced quickly. Customer friendly service team . I did nor like being advised I needed to replace windshield wiper blades and an alignment? Wiper blades are good and did not need an alignment. Keep in mind money and budgets are strained across the country no need to add unnecessary maintenance cost.

Overall, the service was good and reasonable. They provided an Uber voucher for transportation while they serviced my vehicle. Total time to complete an oil change, transmission flush, breaking system flush, and coolant flush was about 3 hrs., and around $800.

The Toyota programming system 1/2 way through continued to reboot rather than confirming the preferences of proximity locking and removing the fake engines noise. I spent an inordinate amount of time waiting due to a glitch in the system and drove away after the techs (far more frustrated than I, no doubt) could not reprogram my wonderful car. I will try again @10,000 miles at my scheduled oil change which will be my 3rd.

If an appointment time is scheduled, there should be service technicians take care of you right then or within 5 minutes. Our time there was way too long.
