Able to get me scheduled and serviced quickly. Customer friendly service team . I did nor like being advised I needed to replace windshield wiper blades and an alignment? Wiper blades are good and did not need an alignment. Keep in mind money and budgets are strained across the country no need to add unnecessary maintenance cost.

Overall, the service was good and reasonable. They provided an Uber voucher for transportation while they serviced my vehicle. Total time to complete an oil change, transmission flush, breaking system flush, and coolant flush was about 3 hrs., and around $800.

The Toyota programming system 1/2 way through continued to reboot rather than confirming the preferences of proximity locking and removing the fake engines noise. I spent an inordinate amount of time waiting due to a glitch in the system and drove away after the techs (far more frustrated than I, no doubt) could not reprogram my wonderful car. I will try again @10,000 miles at my scheduled oil change which will be my 3rd.

If an appointment time is scheduled, there should be service technicians take care of you right then or within 5 minutes. Our time there was way too long.

The service advisor was on top of all of our frustration. We had our car serviced and we needed new tires. Twelve hours after we left, our tire light came on, resulting in our having to return our car. They checked and everything seemed to be OK. Two days later it came back on and we had to return and this time it was the sensor on the tire. Both returns resulted in spending hours waiting and very frustrating.

Had an 11 AM appointment and at 12:15 they put the car on the rack for the oil change. My complaint is, if you make an appointment, Vandergriff should honor that time within 15 minutes, not an hour or so later! I would recommend the service but appointments should be honored at the time they are made!

Even though the service department isn't particularly my comfort zone, my experience was very smooth. I was greeted promptly, guided to my advisor and informed of procedures and timelines. Also, there was misrepresented information about an extended warranty fee that was added to loan without any previous information or agreement about it. They didn't tighten the seal on the plug properly so my brand new van leaked oil all over my driveway, had to bring it back which was time away from work for them to correct the issue. The desk staff was very nice and handled the issue well. Just frustrating when you take the extra time to come to a dealership for oil change you expect better quality techs.
