Brought in my 2018 Corvette GS for a sudden slow leak in a tire without an appointment near 3:00pm on a Friday. They were able to get the car back to the shop and were able to fix the tire within an hour. Fantastic. Although I don't recommend doing this on a regular basis, they always give the best service and really care about your vehicle and you. They're the best dealer for service and purchase that I've ever been to. HE BEST.

They took care of my concerns I had with no questions. They reassure me the air condition system was working correctly The service wait time was not bad The only thing is I use my GM Rewards points, which some times is no included in the final bill. Brought my C7 Stingray in for an inspection / oil change. Oil change was done but the inspection machine was down. It was brought to my attention that a part on my vehicle was starting to fail and would get worse if neglected. Part was replaced and everything is working as it should.

I was able to speak with the machanic , Carlos, and was very pleased with his attention to details while installing the new engin block. He was excited to have the opportunity to handle the task. My wife and I were very impressed with his enthusiasm. I am still driving the car through the brake-in excersize. All is well but for the fact that a brief test of the cruise control system failed. It's no working.

Liked the quick service. Did not like that my NYS inspection could not be completed because of battery replacement. Why couldn't the inspection be completed then replace the battery. Come from Buffalo, a return trip is incinvenient. My tires were never checked. All the tires had different PSIs. First time unhappy with the service.

When you have questions he takes whatever time is necessary to make sure you understand. His service gives us confidence to drive wherever we want.
