I waited 20min.On line to get check in but the girl who checked me in was very apologetic and accommodating to my questions. She got the paint I requested for touch ups on my car and brought it to the register for me. This 2022 Prius Prime takes 0w16 motor oil, per the owners manual. The dealer put in 0w20 oil. Seems very similiar, yet Toyota does not recommend using that grade. I could understand an independant garage doing this, but a Toyota dealer should only be using the recommended oil.
