I waited 20min.On line to get check in but the girl who checked me in was very apologetic and accommodating to my questions. She got the paint I requested for touch ups on my car and brought it to the register for me. I didnt mind waiting because your entire staff are very professional and very easy to deal with which is very appreciated.

This 2022 Prius Prime takes 0w16 motor oil, per the owners manual. The dealer put in 0w20 oil. Seems very similiar, yet Toyota does not recommend using that grade. I could understand an independant garage doing this, but a Toyota dealer should only be using the recommended oil.

I called to schedule appointment and when I arrived the appointment was not input into the computer by the front desk. Luckily I still was able to get service done but it took awhile. They when said work was completed the staff took forever to bring paperwork back for me to sign.

Went in for oil change, NYS Inspection and since I bought 4 new tires the day before from a warehouse club (they just do mounting/balancing) I asked Sunrise to check if I needed an alignment. Turned out I didn't need one and was not charged anything extra.

I asked for an oil change and the service rep never told that itll be a little over 100 dollars. Ive been bringing my cars to sunrise toyota for years and this is the first time I get charged 101.00 for an oil change. They always find a way to add extra stuff on your bill. I dont think Ill bring Any of my cars there anymore for an oil change.

Felt like I was almost taken advantage of with the price for a tire rotation. First he told me $35 then I said thats too much he brought it down to $10. I didnt take it even for that price because I was angry that they would do that to a customer instead of offering one low price. Dont think I will be returning.

Service department was fine. But they are unable to resolve my problem. The sales department sold me a certified vehicle. But with some non-toyota parts. Which are therefore not warrantied. I want them to install genuine Toyota parts that would be covered under the warranty I paid an additional $2,300 for. However the sales department doesn't care about repeat business or customer service.
