The attendants met you as son as you drove in . The service agent was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He kept me informed during the entire service. The video was a bonus to learn firsthand the health of my car. My car was cleaned and vacuumed and ready to go in a reasonable amount of time.

The service visit was excellent. Ms Suter explained the unexpected problem that detected during inspection associated with my oil change. She explained the problem and the cost to repair it. Due to the length of time needed for the repairs, she provided me with a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't have to spend all day at the service department.

I have been to several different dealerships in the DMV area. I must say the service at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis out ranks all of them by 100%. The reception was friendly and helpful. The wait wasn't long and I was informed via video of the service implemented on my vehicle. The only suggestion I do have is that someone tells me where my car is located when the work is completed.

The service adviser Mr Ralph Velez was very concerned about the issues that was happening with my vehicle and addressed them with the warranty company and had the issues resolved and that make me very happy and thankful for help that Mr Velez provided for me and I wood recommend a raise or bonus on his behalf for the outstanding care that he provides to his customers.

My vehicle was hit by a subcontractor who worked for the dealership. Attempted repairs were made however it was not reported. We found the damage after getting home and contacted the service manager. After reviewing their surveillance cameras they discovered the incident. The dealership is going to repair my vehicle but this experience has definitely made we concerned about future service.

It was my first time coming to Lexus's in Annapolis. The people were friendly, the process was easy. When I returned my loaner vehicle the people were so helpful they moved the stuff I bought while shopping from the loaner vehicle to my vehicle. They were so nice and friendly.

Service Coordinator (Jason) and service provided were excellent as always. Sheehy Lexus Branded ink pens and lens cleaners are nice touches that I enjoyed but they aren't there anymore. I'm sure I'm not the only one that's noticed. In fact, someone else asked about them while I was there. Hope the Service Department brings them back soon.

Service at Sheehy Lexus has consistently been excellent. They explain what will be done, check for recalls ( of which there are very few), give me an estimate of the cost, and I usually wait. There estimates are consistently accurate. In about 1.5 hrs my car is washed and I'm on my way home.
