Took my vehicle in for it's service and I know they didn't inspect it. If they did they would have seen my alternator and front and back breaks were bad. Instead they made me buy belts, and a filter. I spent over $1200 and they didn't fix the problem. I will never take my vehicle here again. They ripped me off.

Didn't put my headlights covers back on my 2025 Nissan leaf and got into my personal things without pro mission a hole and didn't put my right signal bulb in the turn signal assembly I got a ticket for it thanks a they don't keep u inform about your car in the service center and they are very rude Rocko was my service provider very poor customer service

Highly professional organization. Best car repair experience that I have ever experienced. Service Mgr. met with me very quickly; lounges are clean and comfortable. Service Tech gave me regular updates. Courtesy Shuttle service was awesome and so appreciated as my Nissan is now our only vehicle. Top notch and I will be back for regular car maintenance also.

I asked the service guy when he was checking us in that I wanted them to check the driver seat cause it made a noise. He said OK well when we went and got the car, they didn't do it because he forgot to tell him or he couldn't remember that I had told him to remind them. I was not happy.

The tech was really nice They did what could be done on my older Nissan. They did not nickel & dime me & sent me the quotes of different things car needed but no pressure to do work & sent a video of some things, I only did a couple things & later will do the recommendations.

Well they service delays were an issue but they did give me a loaner. However after all was done, I checked the issue (BSMS) blind-spot system was working. They had to remove the entire rear bumper a lighting. I checked the system but not the rear lights. They forget to reconnect my left side requiring another trip back. Not cool but they are still a good service team.

My service was terrible because when I took my car in, they didn't tell me that the transmission was faulty, and that's how they gave me my car back. Later, I went back with the same problem, and they diagnosed that the transmission needed to be replaced. So, they weren't honest from the beginning. Don't trust them with your cars; they charge a lot of money and don't do their job properly.

This dealership makes a substantial effort to do the job right the first time. One pays for it, but to me, it's worth it. My CX-5 had an oil/filter change, fluids top-off, belt and drive line inspection, a tire rotation and a new battery. In and out in an hour.
