Alex was extremely rude to me at service checkout and implied I was stupid - "you don't know how dealers work" - which is absolutely unacceptable under any circumstance, let alone when I am upset by sub-par service. This was absolutely unacceptable and I will not be returning to this dealership and I will not be recommending anyone purchase -anything- from this dealership, whether service or vehicle purchase.

Had a flexible schedule and got mee in quick. However, they did a maintenance check and left my moonroof open. It took 45 minutes for them to figure out how to close it. Ridiculous, considering Ronnie Price Upholstery & Top Shop could close it in 5 minutes.

Service Rep saw that other reps were ignoring me and took care of . I have noticed that it takes too long for the service reps as they ignorne people who drive in . The greeting was prompt, but then I was ignored by the service reps who wouldn't look up until Bryce Lancaster and took care of me. 5 stars for him came over as he saw I was being ignored. 5 stars for him

Communication about my car was very good. I asked if your shuttle could pick me up in the morning and was told that the message would be relayed to the person who took care of those arrangements. I was never contacted about the shuttle, but I thankfully was able to find a ride to the dealership to pick up my car.
