Service Rep saw that other reps were ignoring me and took care of . I have noticed that it takes too long for the service reps as they ignorne people who drive in . The greeting was prompt, but then I was ignored by the service reps who wouldn't look up until Bryce Lancaster and took care of me. 5 stars for him came over as he saw I was being ignored. 5 stars for him

Communication about my car was very good. I asked if your shuttle could pick me up in the morning and was told that the message would be relayed to the person who took care of those arrangements. I was never contacted about the shuttle, but I thankfully was able to find a ride to the dealership to pick up my car.

I absolutely love the valet service! They came and picked up my car while I was at work, and when I got home the service had already been done. They did not try to convince me that my car needed more work. My coupon was applied, and the valet driver was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

Took vehicle in with 1/8 tank of fuel for fuel pump recall repair. When I filled the tank, the fuel gage does not work. The fuel gage is on the schedule for repair. It is just annoying to have the vehicle in the shop again.
This is the first time I have not rated the service 5-star. I hope it is the last.

I told them I had a headlight out. They wanted to charge me $179 just to look at it. I told them I will pass on that one. Then the inspection video they send my me said my front and rear lights were good, so they obviously didn't check. Also took 2 hrs for an Express oil change. Won't be going there anymore...

The technician took videos as he was inspecting my car that were then sent to me, that way I could actually see the issues that they brought up which needed to be fixed. When my car needed work done that would take a few days, they worked with me to get me a rental car that I could drive while they were working on mine. My service advisor was very nice and helped explain everything.

The service required was due to Recall for a fuel pump replacement in our 2018 Pilot. Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up that evening. Was kept informed as to the service progression and when it would be completed. Had very courteous interaction with the service advisor.

Telling me it took all day and I could rent a car since I was coming from Delhi. And come back when someone would call late that afternoon. A 2 hour job and IT WOULD TAKE ALL DAY. With an appointment at anytime of day to do a 2 hour fix. Even if you were running behind on a previous job an hour Iwould have been there for about 3 Hrs. I had made plans for a whole day. VERY,VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!

Sliding doors not closing properly. I explained the technician about it, but unfortunately, he is not able to see the problem at his end. Having big time issues with the doors closing. Also explained about key Fob issues, where the honda not able to recognize, when i told the technician he advised to change the battery. Even after that the issue exists.

Not our car. We own a 2022 Honda Accord EXL with only 5,800 miles on it not with 57,060 miles. Our Honda Accord was serviced on November 30th for tire rotation and alignment, oil change and brake fluid changed. Service was at Performance Kings Honda, and it was great!

Horrendous customer service! Taking advantage of women is one of the issues they have. My wife went in for an oil change and a team leader lied and said other services were included complimentary with the oil change then tried to charge my wife $477 dollars ! Performance Honda is well known for having rude sales employees and service department staff. Stay away they are criminals

Fast and efficient. Pricing is too high. Proposed price for additional repairs was exorbitant. Repair the A/C for $4,000 which is a little over 50% of the value of the vehicle. Really need to think before suggesting such a repair. Perhaps, "sir, it really doesn't make sense to repair this for the cost" would have been a better answer.
