Service was straightforward and normal. The only problem was the technician failed to plug a coil pack in that he accidentally unplugged during the service and returned the engine shaking, and I had to plug this back in myself and the dealership when spoken to about the problem just tried to cover their butt and say that that it wasn't their fault and did not try to rectify the issue or apologize in any kind of way.

they couldn't figure out the issue and then came to a conclusion of the repair which they did and I paid 2000+ dollars and the issue continues. They didn't figure it out, recommended the repair and it didn't work now. I don't know what to do.
