The service was quick, easy, and friendly. While waiting, I enjoyed free popcorn and internet in a comfortable and large waiting area. Kudos for the waiting area, but more than that, the service manager was extremely helpful cand even walked me out to my car and thanked me for giving them my "service" opportunity.

Kelly is absolutely incredible. He was so kind and did everything he could for my poor car and now it runs like new. No one had been able to figure out what was wrong with it but he did so much for me it seriously meant the world. No one else over the past year of my car having issues cared as much as he did. I have had nothing but problems through the years from being told that something was done and them not doing it. I took it in to get tires rotated they said they did it but I had numbered the tires and they were in the same positions as when I dropped it off.

They take much too long. The wait time is ridiculous for the services being performed. I have to go back now so they can fix my heater so it doesn't sound like a jet engine taking off. I have to drive an hour and half to get to them for a special trip to fix something they caused. Not happy, this has happened once before.

Staff were nice, but service took too long. What should have been maybe an hour fix for some updates took 2 and a half. It also wasn't clear to me why the updates could not have been over the air. Instead I scheduled an appointment nearly a week out.
The car wash was a nice gesture, but I could have gone without if it meant I could leave sooner.
