Josh was amazing! I am from another town and my service department said they would need my car for a few days to get the work done. They didn't have a rental car so I couldn't get it done at that time. Called and spoke wish Josh and he said I could drop my car off the week of Christmas and they would get it done. Josh was amazing and let me know everything that was going on with my car! Great service!!

The cost to test the car for a noise was too high. The cost to fix the noise was outrageously predicted. That price could by a brand new car. Very disappointed, being that my car was driven with car all the years that I had it. This car had been in and out of this samr shop numerous times.

I had a great experience here. I was on a roadtrip about 6 hours away from home when my tire started rapidly losing air- pulled over and there was a large piece of metal in the tire. Joshua in service was great to work with and had me back on the road within 2 hours after having to call 4 different places to find the tire I needed and getting it delivered.

Motor had to be rebuilt ! And now after doing that rr engine gasket got to be replaced because it's leaking. So now they got to take transmission out. Problem after problem! I don't even have 40,000 miles on motor I am sad and very disappointed in my mustang purchase!

I just bought 31,000 '21 explorer, w/28,000 miles and discovered there is chipping paint and it's rusting. There is nothing service could do. There is no way that any vehicle that new with such low miles should have paint chiping in a area that doesn't see weather. It was a defect in the paint and ford will not cover it. That's not right.

To put it Mildly... I'm Angry and Disappointed Reichenbach Ford's Service Department did a good job... But, totally over charged replacing the driver's side wiper motor... I'm a long time customer and it leaves a very bad taste in my mouth... I know cars aren't selling... Don't need to make it up on people bringing their cars in for service...
