I had a great experience here. I was on a roadtrip about 6 hours away from home when my tire started rapidly losing air- pulled over and there was a large piece of metal in the tire. Joshua in service was great to work with and had me back on the road within 2 hours after having to call 4 different places to find the tire I needed and getting it delivered.

Motor had to be rebuilt ! And now after doing that rr engine gasket got to be replaced because it's leaking. So now they got to take transmission out. Problem after problem! I don't even have 40,000 miles on motor I am sad and very disappointed in my mustang purchase!

I just bought 31,000 '21 explorer, w/28,000 miles and discovered there is chipping paint and it's rusting. There is nothing service could do. There is no way that any vehicle that new with such low miles should have paint chiping in a area that doesn't see weather. It was a defect in the paint and ford will not cover it. That's not right.

To put it Mildly... I'm Angry and Disappointed Reichenbach Ford's Service Department did a good job... But, totally over charged replacing the driver's side wiper motor... I'm a long time customer and it leaves a very bad taste in my mouth... I know cars aren't selling... Don't need to make it up on people bringing their cars in for service...

The service advisor at the service desk was very friendly and the wait was not terrible long. The sophisticated coffee machine initially had an error, so there was a slight delay in my morning cup of coffee, lol. One of the workers took care of the issue shortly thereafter, and I was able to get my fresh cup of coffee! Overall, I was very happy with my experience.
